What are the trending topics in events for 2023 and beyond? CalFest is looking for a diverse group of speakers who can share successes, strategies and innovative ideas on timely topics for our Convention. We are not looking for talks that could be given to any group at any conference. We want to know what your presentation can uniquely deliver to our audience of event professionals.

How it works:

  • Keep the focus on education! Programs focused on a specific product or service will not be accepted.

  • Exhibitors are encouraged to partner with educational presenters for their programs.

  • Presentations are pro-bono unless other arrangements have been made.

  • Lodging and comp registrations are not provided. It is the Policy of CalFest to share your expertise with colleagues and peers.

Audience:

CalFest is The professional Festivals and Events Association for the States of California and Nevada, attracting those who produce festivals and special events in their communities.
