2017 CalFest Celebration Award Winners Announced

During the recent 23rd Annual CalFest Convention, held in Reno, Nevada, 36 CalFest Celebration Awards were presented in 18 categories.  The Awards recognize organizations for their innovation, individuality, excellence and creativity.  It allows the winners to showcase their ideas to their peers and the entire festival industry and to celebrate their success through their local media, and promotes increased sponsorships and renewals.

The awards are presented in classes by budget.  The classes are as follows:   Class 1 Under $50,000; Class 2 $50,001-$150,000; Class 3 Over $150,001

The Event Friendly City of San Rafael is seeking to supplement its Downtown Events Program with new and invigorating events, and they invite you to consider San Rafael as a potential host for your event.
